Transkei

Transkei is a Psilocybe Cubensis strain that was identified off the coast of South Africa in 2002. Transkei Cubensis, named after the state in where it was discovered, was an instant hit with everybody who experienced it. As far as we know, this is the first time hallucinogenic mushrooms have been discovered on the African continent. Psilocybe Cubensis Transkei magic mushrooms are medium-sized and have a pretty solid stem that’s a little gnarled. Young magic mushrooms have bright orange/brown caps that later turn very pale to almost white. Combined with the purplish colour from sporulation, these caps take on a unique white/purple/golden pattern. This strain are believed to be more visually captivating than others. However, we are not recommended this for beginners. Transkei Cubensis mushrooms are also known for altering the way you experience sound and sights, as well as producing impossible geometric objects and ‘dancing lights’ sensations.
