Ordering:

3) Take a photo of your ID and a selfie of you holding the same ID. Submit them to id@herbfanatic.com and wait for the approval. The process typically takes less than 24 hours. We will send an email to notify you of approval. Your photos will be deleted once we finalize the process.
4) Congratulation! You can now place an order with us. Enjoy $25 in credit to spend on our shop as a signing bonus.

1) Choose from hundreds of premium products on our site. We have several options for weight on many of the items. You can also change the quantity of an item on the product page or checkout screen.
2) Add the items that you like to purchase on the Cart or go to Checkout right away. Remember that we have a minimum order amount of $49.
3) Once you are ready, proceed to check out and chose your payment and shipping options. You can apply any coupon code or use your point here. Follow the instructions and an order number provided during the checkout process to send Interact E-Transfer.
4) Once you have made a payment, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your package will be processed and shipped out immediately.

We offer a number of free gifts starting on orders over $149. The bigger the order, the better the gift. There are currently 3 tiers of gift: @$149, $299, $499.

For every dollar you spend on our site, your account will receive 1 point. For every 20 points that you have, you will receive a $1 discount on future purchases. (For example: 100 points = $5, 500 points = $25, 1000 oints = $50 and so on). You only earn points on the actual products, not the shipping cost or taxes. Remember that you will receive free 500 points on signing up for an account for the first time. Points cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for actual cash.

Yes, you can modify orders that had not yet been paid. Simply create a new order with us. Email us at support@herbfanatic.com with your order number and we will cancel the old order. Keep in mind that paid orders cannot be modified.

If we receive your payment by 9 AM PST, your order will be shipped on the same day, otherwise it will be shipped on the next business day. To avoid delay, we suggest that you send us your payment right after you placed an order.

All items are final sale, there are no return or exchange unless you received a defective item. Please send us an email at support@herbfanatic.com with your order number on the subject line and a clear picture of the defective item within 24 hours of receiving your package. We have a system in place to make sure that items are packaged in good order and we also take pictures of every package before they are sealed for our record should the need arise. Note that we are not responsible for any defects caused by Canada Post during transit.

Yes, we do charge GST/HST where applicable. Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over $99. Any order under the threshold will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10.

After we received and verify your payment, we will notify you by email. Please note that there might be a delay between the time you send us the payment and the time that we received it. After that, we will send you another mail with your tracking number when your package is on the way.

It will stay in the system for the next 72 hours. After 72 hours, the order will be removed. If you wish to send the payment after that, please create a new order with us.

Shipping & Tracking:

Yes, it is! We vacuum sealed every item inside your package to make sure that there is no trace of odor. We use high quality, industrial grade shells to protect the content of your packages during transport and drop-off. he package will look exactly like any other mail in the box – so no pesky neighbours or unwanted attention.

Yes! When your package arrives at the Post Office, we will send you an email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking number 48 hours after we send you a confirmation email, please contact us at support@herbfanatic.com. Please note that weekends and holidays might delay the delivery of the tracking number.

Your package typically takes around 3-5 business day to be delivered. There might be a delay due to extreme weather conditions, holiday season, postal strike. If you live in a remote area of Canada, please allow for an xtra 1 – 2 business day(s) for the package to arrive.

If you live in an apartment building, most likely there is a community mailbox. In this case, we would highly recommend that you select “Signature Upon Delivery” as an extra layer of protection against postal theft.

If you haven’t received your package three days past expected delivery, contact support and we will open a ticket with Canada Post. They will then conduct an investigation. If the package is recoverable, Canada Post will resend the package to you at no extra cost. If it is lost in transit, we assumed no responsibility.

There are three possible explanations:
1) The postal worker delivers the package to the wrong address.
2) In rare cases, they scanned the item as “Successfully Delivered” 24 hours before the actual delivery.
3) Your package is stolen.

Any order over $300 will require a signature. You can opt out of this option by leaving us a note at Check Out.

This is a common problem with Canada Post tracking system. Please be patient as the package should be on the right track after a couple of days. If the problem persists, contact us.

Again, this is also a common problem with Canada Post due to scanning issues. If the problem persists after 2 business days, contact us.

Yes, you can change your shipping address in your User Dashboard. Note that you can’t change your address after the order has been shipped. If you placed an order but did not make a payment and believed that you have enter the wrong shipping address, contact support immediately. We highly recommend that you double check your shipping address during Checkout.

We take no responsibility for any orders that:

-Customers provide the wrong shipping address/change address.

-Stolen Package.

-Lost in transit.

-Rejected upon delivery.
